Paneer Bake

 

A hearty, vegetarian casserole

Ingredients 18 ounces Bharatma brand Paneer, in 3/4" cubes
2 ounces mushrooms, sliced
3 vegetable stock cubes
7 ounces carrots, sliced
4 ounces parsnips, sliced
2 large onions, sliced
salt to taste
 



Instructions 1. Put all ingredients in a large casserole. Make up two of the stock cubes. Pour into the vegetables and season.   2. Bake for three hours at 300 degrees. Make up remaining stock cube and add to the casserole in the last half hour.
