Paneer and Vegetable Pasta Salad


A light main dish salad

Ingredients 8 ounces Bharatma brand Paneer, in 3/4" cubes
1 onion, chopped
4 ounces sweet peppers, chopped
2 ounces mushrooms, sliced
12 ounces pasta bows
4 ounces grated carrots
3 teaspoons mixed herbs
6 ounces mayonnaise

Instructions 1. Cook the pasta bows and cool. Add all ingredients and mix well.
